is travelling a good experience


Nowadays traveling is considered a hobby. A lot of people are waiting for the summer season to spend many days for enjoying and relaxing somewhere.
Traveling can be a good experience because you can learn a lot about other countries, for example, you can find out the traditional culture, you can discover the wonderful monuments and you can visit the most important points of the cities that you visit. In addition, travelling is a good way to develop your personality because you change your routine and you can meet new interesting people. For all these reasons travelling is always a good experience. 
On the other hand, travelling sometimes can be a trouble because it could be very expensive and also you can feel alone because you miss your family and if you you're afraid to try new things, travelling will be awful for you.

In conclusion we believe that travelling not only is it not a waste of time and money, but also one of the best investments we can make in our lives.

Science has begun to find out  the mechanisms of biological aging and  the possibility of extending the lives of people beyond one hundred years. The question is to know the (social and personal) price to be paid for achieving this life:

 On the one hand, we could get bored of life. At some point, we've traveled every corner of the world. We would have done any imaginable hobbies and enjoy finding new hobbies seem pointless. In addition if we live longer we will  have to work harder because the retirement age would rise.

On the other hand, we would enjoy more years so we can spend it with our family and friends. And live longer also means that we have good health, and if more and more people live longer, this will mean that the quality of life in the world has improved .

 We would  like living for 100 years, but it is more important to add life to years and not years to life but the most important thing is living with health and this is achieved with a balanced diet and moderate exercise.
